2014 is the year for newborns. We have had a lovely time working with all the little bitties this year, and Little Miss Joy was no exception. Welcome to the world, baby girl!
Dear Clients, We Are Growing!
W-O-W. Here we are middle of March in the year 2014...wait. Are you kidding me? Looking back over 2012 and 2013, this has been one a-maz-ing beginning to this little project called Simply Portrayed. I have been so blessed by you, words cannot even express my thankfulness. Sure there have been some downs, but the ups coupled with the support of family, friends and clients has been overwhelmingly positive and sustainable. Thank you; you've made this next big move possible!
Simply Portrayed is growing and it's all because of you! I honestly just cannot do all this by myself anymore without something giving...you guys are keeping me on my toes! But, no worries, this is a good thing! I want to continue to be able to offer affordable packages, flexible sessions, and take this little business to the next level. To do that, I need an extra set of hands, a permanent set of hands...hands that are talented and that belong to a person with a good eye for composition.
So, I am so happy to introduce to you my new assistant Emily Rose.

In addition to this new journey Simply Portrayed has begun, my family is also undertaking a new journey. My husband and I are expecting a brand new baby in August and we couldn't be happier! We know that changes will eventually take place, including a little time off for me to recoup after baby comes, but I love being apart of your lives and will keep you posted as updates happen.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, for your continued support through the growth of Simply Portrayed. Again, we couldn't be here without you and look forward to the many years of service we have ahead of us.

Giuliana Turns One
Another year has passed and once again, I find myself amazed at how quickly time flies by. Here we have Miss Giuliana, reaching the big O-N-E. Wasn't it just a couple months ago when we found this gem at the park?
Or days ago when she tried to dismantle my Christmas Tree?
Well, now here she is Little Miss Big Girl.
Master Ben Turns One
Ben has grown so much this past year! It seems like yesterday I was bending over a wee basket taking a picture of him picking his nose or capturing one of my most favorite moments of 2013, newborn Ben cooing at his mommy.
But here we are, a year later, celebrating his first birthday! Keep on growing, Ben. :D
Welcome Baby Wendecker
You guessed it, another little newly born! Such a little sweetheart Miss Wendecker is. She rocked her session; and with a little help from Mom and Dad, she settled in to take a couple family shots too. I loved working with your family. So excited to watch you grow.
Welcome Baby Abels
I am in awe at the amount of babies I have worked with this start to 2014. It has been unbelievable. And Little Mr. Abels was no exception; he is truly unbelievable! So cute, cuddly and sweet, it was difficult to leave. :D Thank you to the Abels Family for welcoming me into your home. It was such a pleasure working with you all. I look forward to seeing your little guy grow!
